Dr. Jennifer Webb is the founder and Chief Psychologist of The Center for Resilience & Wellness. She is licensed in the state of Ohio and a PsyPACT member with the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT). She is an active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police Psychological Services Division and Ohio Fire Chiefs Association. She specializes in pre-employment and fitness for duty evaluations for police and public safety, wellness program development, consultation, and critical incident debriefing. Dr. Webb regularly lectures to law enforcement and first responder populations on topics including officer mental health and wellness, de-escalation, neurodevelopment, trauma, and retirement. She participates in The Clinical Readiness Project, a consortium that provides elite level mental, behavioral, and public health education.
Dr. Webb is a 2007 graduate of the School of Professional Psychology at the University of Indianapolis and earned board certification in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology in 2012. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in medical trauma and pain at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and has worked in private practice since 2009. She has experience teaching clinicians in the hospital setting and instructing undergraduate students as an assistant professor at Wilmington College and as an adjunct professor at Ohio Dominican University. Dr. Webb also has a background in neuropsychology, human development, and abnormal psychology.
